Calculation Transition Payment

*agreed fixed year-end bonus / 13th month divided by 12
** agreed fixed overtime pay and / or shift work allowance payable in the 12 months before the end date divided by 12
*** agreed variable salary components payable in the three calendar years prior to the year in which the employment contract ends divided by 36

The maximum transition payment in 2024 is € 94,000 or a yearly salary if that is higher than € 94,000.
